To order, please select products and confirm the order. Pick the currency if needed. The confirmation email should arrive. The order is dispatched after the full payment is received.


A pre-order is an order placed for an item that:

  • hasn't been released, or
  • is not currently in stock, or
  • is shipped to customers on a regular basis but in batches (in this case you save extra up to 5% of the cost).

Items are shipped to you once available, in the order of funds receipt. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available or to reserve products available in small quantities. Pre-orders also enable us to better organize the production of short-run items. For example, we often restart production when there are enough pre-orders for a given product.

To pre-order, please select products and confirm the order. You will only pay a deposit at the time of order, a percentage of the final product price. The exact percentage is 20% to 50% depending on the product size and is stated on the pre-order page of a given product. You can pick your preferred currency.

The deposit is a safe way for you to ensure that you will receive a product that is not yet available.

Other rules:

      • You may change your mind and cancel an order at any time until you make the full payment for the entire order, however, if you cancel an order, you will forfeit the deposit that you made for this order.

      • We reserve the right to cancel the production of any item at any time and issue a full refund of any payment received for such orders.

      • Card payments are recommended (secured by Stripe). Because there are at least two transactions in case of preorders (deposit and final payment), using PayPal is an expensive option and thus not recommended. An extra charge may be applied during the final payment by PayPal.

      • Deposits do not include shipping costs; shipping costs are to be covered during the final order.

      • One deposit is due per product, so for example, if you put 2 products of the same type into the cart, you will pay for two deposits.

      • Orders containing more than one pre-order item, or a mixture of pre-ordered and available stock will be split into separate orders during checkout; in this case, you may have to pay for more than one shipment.

      • After pre-ordering you will receive an email with a preorder confirmation document. Pre-orders are not purchases so you will not receive an invoice until the complete order is delivered to you, as is the case with regular orders.
      • The order is dispatched after all the pre-ordered products are available and after the full payment for the order is received.


Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the total weight, packaging size, and destination country. In some cases there may be multiple shipping options. We recommend registered shipping (so we provide the tracking number upon shipment) and declared value of products.

Important rules

      • The offer presented by our store's website is not a commercial offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (KC), and constitutes an invitation to purchase.

      • The moment of concluding the purchase contract is the moment of accepting of your purchase offer by us, i.e. the moment of confirming the acceptance of the order by us.

      • Orders must only be placed by persons aged eighteen (18) or over and with full legal capacity. Persons under eighteen (18) or persons who do not possess full legal capacity shall not use this website nor place an order without supervision by a parent or guardian.

      • All delivery charges must be paid by you. Delivery shall be made at the address specified by You at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified. All times or dates given for delivery of the products are only estimates given in good faith and are not conditions or warranties of contract.

      • If the products are required for a specific date we recommended they are ordered well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

      • Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered. 

      • At the time the products are delivered to the address given by you the risk in the products shall pass to you and you shall be solely responsible for the custody and maintenance thereof.

      • We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

      • Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

      • Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

      • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or for any imposed customs duties or tariffs. These payments will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for rules and regulations that may apply.

      • We have no responsibility for damages if the package is damaged in transit. Report the damage to the shipping company and do not accept the parcel so refunding is possible.

      • We reserve the right to cancel an order to anyone breaching these shipping or payment policies and goodwill.

      • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless should the products not be delivered due to you providing us with an incorrect contact phone number, destination address and email contact. This information is required by the courier service to contact you to deliver the parcel.

      • We reserve the right not to cancel orders addressed to a P.O. BOX.

      • Only complete orders are shipped. If your order contains pre-order products, the complete order will be shipped once the pre-order products are available in stock.

      • You cannot cancel pre-orders at any time.

      • Paid and processed orders cannot be modified. Please make sure the order is correct. Multiple orders can't be combined or altered once they are placed. If your order isn't processed yet nor paid, you are free to cancel it and place a new correct order.

      • We reserve the right to correct offers (including prices) as soon as the mistake is detected. If there is any order including products with incorrect prices, we can modify or cancel such orders. You will be notified in advance and offered an alternative solution.

      • You are responsible for additional costs of modifications of the shipping address or contact information during delivery, as required by most transportation companies.

      • To address any challenges with orders we will contact you through the provided customer email, so to avoid unnecessary delays please check the email at least within 24 hours after placing the order.

Returns and exchanges


      • We trust that you will be pleased with our products. Please note that our ability to offer an exchange or refund is limited due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of the products.

      • In the case of resin parts used in the products, due to the specific manufacturing technology, gas bubbles may be generated inside but would not be visible on exposed surfaces. Such products are not defective.

      • Similarly, some resin parts contain small flash (excess resin material) that can be carefully cut or broken away. Most of the resin parts contain sprues that have to be carefully cut away. The sprues can look unaesthetic and random but are designed in a way that has no influence on the quality of actual parts that you use in the model. Again, such products are not defective.

      • It is your responsibility to keep the resin parts away from heat, e.g. not storing them inside of the car.

      • Should a mistake or damage happen solely to the assembly instructions, we propose an errata as computer files.

Returning damaged or defective products

      • You have fourteen (14) days since delivery to verify and inspect all items in a delivered order and inform us as soon as is practically possible about damaged or defective items. Assembly instructions usually contain a detailed list of parts with their graphic representation that helps with the inspection. Potential claims after that period of time will not be taken into account. Failure to inform us will deem that you have accepted the goods.

      • If you have received a fundamentally defective or damaged part or other items, and the package was not damaged in transit, please describe the problem using the Defective Product Claim Form document in suitable format: PDFDOCXODT. Fill it and send to us via email. Attach clear pictures of the damages or defects.

      • If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item then we will refund the value of the returned goods by the original payment method (or using a voucher if this is more beneficial to you) within 14 days (since the day of accepting the complaint).

      • You need to accept the cost of returning, refunding, and communicate the return on time and obtain previous approval and return instructions from us.

Returning unbroken, unopened products

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order. To do so, please email us.

      • The time frame for returning unused/unopened products in perfect condition (package not damaged in the transit), within its original packaging, and without alterations, is 14 natural days after delivery. Afterward, we will not be able to accept a return.

      • You will need to first notify us of your intention to cancel and assume the return cost in case of returning the products (whether broken or unopened). You will receive the return address and will be responsible for the products until the parcel reaches us.

      • We are responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address only if you send us a certificate of posting, and you use a secure delivery method requiring a signature upon delivery. We do not accept Cash on Delivery shipments.

      • After receiving the products back and confirming their original condition, within 14 days we will refund the total amount (minus the return shipping costs) to you or replace the incorrect order.

Not delivered parcels

We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for resending the package in the case of non-delivery parcels at the fault of the recipient. The amount will depend on the actual price of shipping.
