Secure payments

Our secure payments are protected (encrypted) by the SSL certificate.

Payments are possible using:

  • Credit cards (via PayPal)

  • PayPal

  • Pay by bank wire (regular bank transfer)

The bank transfers may be cheapest in the EU, but it would take up to a few days to process the payment, and the bank will charge a fee for the operation. For payments in Euro, the fee is usually 1 Euro. For other currencies, it may be higher. Outside of the EU it can be 30%, and is paid by you. Contact your bank for assistance.

"Cash on Delivery" payment is unfortunately not possible.

Important: For extra security, customers are free to request respective account number(s) by email. Kombinat is not responsible for input errors caused by customers or damages caused by security issues in customer's computer systems. Kombinat is not responsible for incorrect amounts transferred by the customer. We require all international transfers outside of the SEPA zone to be made with the so-called "OUR" instruction of SWIFT, which means that the payer covers all the transfer fees. Customers from the SEPA zone can use cheap SEPA transfers. Please provide sufficient reference of your transfer so we can correctly identify the order.

Important: We will pass on your credit card and/or bank details to the Payment Interface for external processing, and we won’t keep your credit card details on file. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

Payment is automatically authorised online and your credit/debit card will be charged when the order or pre-order is accepted.
